- 1.We do worldwide through regular airmail shipping. Contact Customer Service if your country is not listed above. Delivery timeline just for preference, delay can still occur.
- 2.Handling time: Before we can ship your order, we need to prepare your products, because of strict quality-control tests and carefully packaging items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. And our items will ship by cargo logistics from Korea or Singapore and transit via Hong Kong and change to individual tracking number.
- 3.We use regular airmail service. (USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK, Canadian Post for Canada, Australia Post for Australia) But for India, South Africa, we use Aramex as our shipping courier.
- 4.Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties. But we can mark a low value for your package to minimize tax issues if we are told to do so. Please mark a note to us during checkout or else we will mark at the value you purchase.
- 5.Please inform us as early as possible if you want to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, buyer need to refer to our return policy. We are not responsible for unclaimed package.
